“Not only was he very easy to work with and extremely prompt to respond, the one thing that really stood out that puts Nate above and beyond any other realtor was his knowledge of renovations. My wife and I were on a tight budget. Finding a “forever” home in Orange County was extremely challenging when you’re looking at homes on Zillow on your own. We would look at homes and think, “this house is great, but the counters and cupboards really look terrible with the style we are going for” and we would simply skip to the next home because we thought the costs to upgrade would demolish our budget. When we started looking at homes with Nate, we went to a couple homes that my wife and I had passed on because of the cupboards or counters… but Nate has such precise knowledge of renovation cost and we came to find out that upgrading counters or cupboards etc. wouldn’t be nearly as expensive as we thought! So if you’re on a budget and looking for your dream home, don’t be discouraged or scared to look at homes that aren’t 100% perfect, because Nate knows what it would take to make it your “forever” home.
